Norwich have appointed the Nordsjælland manager Johannes Hoff Thorup as their head coach. Thorup has signed a three-year contract after compensation was agreed with the Danish Superliga club.
Norwich sacked David Wagner less than 24 hours after a 4-0 defeat by Leeds in the second leg of the Championship playoffs.
Thorup told the club website: “I’m excited, I hope that the supporters are excited as well. I hope that we can create something together – it’s so important that they are proud of the team.
