Feyenoord eyeing Roy Beerens

Feyenoord are weighing up a summer bid for AZ Alkmaar winger Roy Beerens, .

The De Kuip outfit could stay without star player Ruben Schaken in the summer and they see the AZ midfielder as a very good replacement.

New Feyenoord boss Fred Rutten is well aware of Beerens qualities having coached him at PSV Eindhoven and he is determined to lure him to De Kuip.

And with his current deal at AZ Alkmaar due to expire in just over a year, Beerens should be available on a cut-price deal.

Roy Beerens came through the youth ranks at PSV Eindhoven, but it was at Heerenveen that he made a name for himself.

Prediction: Chelsea vs Middlesbrough

Verdict: Chelsea to win to nil

Best Odds:

Bookmaker:

Chelsea entertain Middlesbrough in the Premier League on Monday night as they look to extend their lead at the top of the table. Meanwhile, Boro still have a mathematical chance of survival and would be happy to take anything from Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea

Tottenham Hotspur’s shock 1-0 loss away to West Ham on Friday night has given Chelsea a huge chance of winning the league. The Blues go into the game against Middlesbrough four points ahead of their rivals and a win would extend their lead to seven points with only three matches left. Antonio Conte’s men could be champions within a week, providing they win on Monday and do the same against West Bromwich Albion next Friday. Chelsea have only lost…

One of the worst opponents – Butragueno laments Madrid´s Bayern draw

Emilio Butragueno conceded Bayern Munich represented one of the worst possible opponents for Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals.

Madrid were paired with Bundesliga leaders Bayern in Friday s draw, meaning a return to the Santiago Bernabeu for Carlo Ancelotti, the man who led the Spanish giants to La Decima their 10th European Cup/Champions League triumph in 2014.

Bayern hammered Arsenal 10-2 on aggregate in the round of 16 and will pose a strong challenge for Zinedine Zidane s men.

Butragueno, Madrid s director of institutional relations, said: Bayern were one of the hardest opponents that we could have drawn, although I m sure they re saying the same thing. The two sides know each other very well.

Carlo Ancelotti is their coach and he …

Juventus complete €20m Cuadrado signing

Juventus have paid €20 million to sign Juan Cuadrado from Chelsea on a three-year deal after terms regarding a permanent transfer included in his loan move were met.

Cuadrado has spent the past two seasons on loan at Juve having failed to establish himself at Stamford Bridge after arriving from Fiorentina in January 2015.

The Colombia international returned to Chelsea in July 2016 before another temporary switch to the Turin giants was agreed, and those terms have resulted in his switch being been made permanent.

An official club statement read: Juve announces that, following the achievement of the conditions provided by the contract, its obligation to definitively acquire the registration rights of the player Juan Cuadrado from Chelsea became due.

Rangers desperate to end Euro drought

Allan McGregor says Rangers are determined to improve on last season s woeful Champions League home form as his side prepare to face Turkish champions Bursaspor at Ibrox on Wednesday.

The Old Firm side had a torrid time in Glasgow in the last campaign as they lost all three home games, including 4-1 defeats to Romanian rookies Unirea Urziceni and Spanish side Sevilla.

Rangers have not won a European match since their run to the final of the UEFA Cup in 2008 and it has been 30 months since the Ibrox fans witnessed a victory.

However, keeper McGregor says the players are desperate to end this terrible run as they aim to build on the point picked up at Old Trafford from a resolute defensive performance against Manchester United on match day one.

Chelsea dreaming of Wembley after Spartak rout

Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti says his team are driven by the prospect of making Champions League history after cruising into the last 16 with a 4-1 rout of Spartak Moscow.

Two goals from Branislav Ivanovic, a superb effort from Nicolas Anelka and a Didier Drogba penalty saw the English league leaders safely into the knockout rounds of the competition with two games still to play in Group F.

Afterwards, Ancelotti admitted Chelsea are determined to lay their Champions League ghost to rest this season after an agonising defeat in the 2008 final was followed by their semi-final exit to Barcelona in 2009.

No team from London has ever won the Champions League, and the fact that next May s final will be staged at Wembley opens up the possibility of a fairytale final…

Bayern Munich 6/13 to beat Man Utd tonight

Competition: Premier League
Market: Bayern to win against Man Utd
Odds:

German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich travel to Old Trafford to play Manchester United in the Champions League quarter-finals tonight. Despite the Premier League holders going into the game with some optimism, Bayern are considerable favourites to win away from home this evening.

888 Sport are backing the German league champions with odds of 6/13 to come away with a win that will see them in pole position of qualifying. Manchester United’s poor home form has been well documented this campaign, while Bayern have only lost one match in their entire season in all competitions.

The last time the two sides met was in the 2010 Champions League quarter-final where Bayern’s Arjen…

Newcastle complete Cabella deal

Newcastle United have completed the signing of attacking midfielder Remy Cabella from Montpellier on a six-year contract.

The deal brings to an end Newcastle s long-term pursuit of the 24-year-old, who becomes their fourth signing of the transfer window following the arrivals of Ayoze Perez, Jack Colback and Siem de Jong.

Newcastle appeared to have recruited Cabella in January, only for the deal to fall through.

However, Montpellier chief executive Laurent Nicollin confirmed on Friday that an agreement had been reached between the clubs.

The fee paid for the France international has not been disclosed, although it is believed to be in the region of £12million.

It is great to finally be a Newcastle player, Cabella told the Premier League side s o…

Nier Replicant Guide- How To Unlock All The Endings (Spoiler-Free)

As with the other games in the Nier and Drakengard series–the two are connected if you weren’t already aware–Nier Replicant features multiple endings. They’re critical to understanding Nier Replicant, since you won’t understand the “why” behind characters’ actions after just your first time through the game. While it’s necessary to replay chunks of the game in order to see all the endings, you don’t have to play through the entire game again, so don’t get too afraid. However, there are some specific requirements you’ll need to be aware of to see every ending.

I am going to avoid as many spoilers as possible in this guide, despite this being about the endings–it’s actually quite easy to explain how to get them without giving the pertinent story detai…
